Natalie O’Neil is an educator with a trifecta of advanced degrees and certifications specializing in leadership, best practices, organizational optimization, and technology integration, and has taught at many NJ colleges and universities, dedicating her last 10 years of service to the Rutgers Graduate School of Education’s Department of Learning and Teaching. In addition to her professional achievements, Natalie is a published author and professional development presenter, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and an active participant in her local community. A creative at heart, Natalie continues to practice the art of learning by parenting her exuberant daughter Eva with her amazingly supportive husband Brendan in their hometown of Roxbury, traveling and exploring new cultures, and honing her skills as a gardener. She celebrates these practices, using them as inspiration for her artwork and in turn, her artwork gives back as a conduit for pause, reflection, and creating and sharing art with the world. While Natalie enjoys exploring many mediums, she is most passionate about watercolor, where much of her work invokes elements found in nature, with a bit of flair.
