The Annex is a 500+ sqft flex private space adjacent to The Workspace.
This space has it's own entrance and is equipped with a restroom, kitchenette.
The space is supplied with a wide open floor plan but includes the use of 4 folding tables with 20 folding chairs.
This space is $50/hour with a three hour minimum. Workspace Members have no minimum number of hours.
Use of the space must be approved by The Workspace and occupancy is limited to 15 people at a time.
The Annex will be delivered to you clean and should be returned in the same condition.
