The center was founded by the Maione Family, NJ real estate developers for the past 50 years. We have developed 1000s of residential properties, over 500,000 square feet of commercial and retail space throughout NJ and Northeastern PA and a 50 acre solar farm which powers all of Wantage, NJ and some of the surrounding areas. Over the last half century all types of real estate has undergone massive changes, from residential, commercial and retail. We continually adapt to fit the changing real estate needs of the communities in which we develop and serve.

Most recently there has been a seismic shift in how and where work takes place. Seeing this we have decided to reinvent the traditional work and commercial space. While the shared workspace concept is now not very new, we recognize the need for a broader use of workspace, including a more retail focus particularly in Suburban markets which have been underserved with high-quality shared workspaces. As a result we have decided to introduce the First Choice Workspace concept. We plan to rapidly grow First Choice Workspace throughout all of NJ.
